At Tazaqa, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Returns are processed per item. If multiple products are ordered, refund will only be issued for the returned item, not the full order value.
  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, and documentation

  • Have a valid proof of purchase

  • If necessary we can ask for video/photo as proof

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 5 DAYS of receiving your order.

After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions via email

  2. After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed

👉 Refund will be credited within 3-4 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong product received

To request an exchange, contact us at support@tazaqa.com within the return period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 2 DAYS of delivery

  • Must share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange:

  • Replacement OR

  • Full refund (as applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → We cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is for personal reasons → Customer bears return shipping charges
